Although it's a challenge for me to paint or draw, I enjoy it very much, and there's nothing better than the support and sharing of knowledge from fellow artists! I can't feel my finger tips and I have paraesthesia in both hands, so I've honed my skills in creating wobbly lines.
This gouache on canvas was only my second try at using paint out of a tube. Tricky with my hands but excellent for Neuroplasticity.
Simple pen and wash.
The first time I'd attended a live portrait class for years, which was fairly nerve-racking, however, the biggest compliment was from the model who loved the result.
A Water Colour Eagle Owl that was painted upside down, without turning it the right way around until it was finished!
